General Information
Five minutes drive from the City Centre. It is a friendly, atmospheric venue with a range of drinks available from the bar - including tea and coffee. Doors open at 7:00pm and main events kick off at 8.30pm (Support events usually start at 7:30pm).


Parking
There is plenty of free parking on site - and most of it is next to the venue

Tickets are also sold on the door unless otherwise stated in the programme - usually by the words: Ticketed or All Ticket Event

(Note: Sometimes, if WeGotTickets cannot supply tickets, it's worth trying within a couple of days in case allocation has been increased. Also, tickets may still be available on the door - the only exception to this being 'ticketed' or 'all ticket' events).

For gigs declared "Ticketed" or "All Ticket", tickets may be purchased in advance by post from:
Judith Waterhouse, 3 Bramley Park, Church Lane, Bramley, ROTHERHAM, S66 2RU. Please include a sae and make cheques payable to Wakefield Jazz. We are not able to offer telephone ticket sales.

Entrance is free for 14 year olds and younger (except at 'Ticketed' or 'All Ticket' presentations). The prices are reasonable (usually £12 - except for some special events at £15) and there are concessions (usually £11) for senior citizens and unwaged, and for students (usually £6). There is no membership fee - everyone is welcome.

Ticket explanation: We use the words "Ticketed" to indicate that we are selling tickets to gigs but, will still allow people in without tickets if there are spaces. However, for the Christmas gig we want everyone to buy tickets so that we have final numbers for the food. Thus we have used "All Ticket" in the programme.
